High Temperature Loggers Fastening System

Tecnosoft has patented a whole new Fastening System for its high temperature probes, such as the one of the SterilDisk, PasteurDisk, SterilCyl and PasteurCyl, to fasten them to cans, jars and any kind of food package and not only. In this way you can reach with the probe the core of the product without having to dip the logger in it; the monitoring process will be much more accurate with the right amount of product in the container and less instrument body interfering with the measurement. This new Fastening System works also on under pressure cans, like the one of beer, for example. You could build your own dummy can to re-use several times, without having to take the logger away from the can or any other container. You can also choose the depth of the probe using the locking bolt: imagine to have different jars: buy just one logger, with the right probe length and exchange it between your jars, adjusting each time the probe depth and always monitoring the core of the product.
