Radio Printer: 

                          

The Radio Printer is part of a wireless system for temperature monitoring and control. It is made up by one or more temperature sensor-transmitters, like the TempStick Radio, and a radio receiver, the Radio Printer itself. It has everything it needs to work and doesn't require any PC or software : the display allows to configure the acquisitions and the printer to store easily and quickly all the stored data.

TempStick Radio (Wireless Temperature Datalogger): 

The TempStick Radio wireless sensor is a temperature radio recorder that can be used in combination with different systems and software. It acquires the temperature values through its sensor, available also with cable, and send the ata to a radio receiver that can communicate with the PC directly with the USB port or through a network with an Ethernet connection. It works also with the Radio Printer, the portable device with printer that work without software and PC. Sensors are waterproof, as the cables. All units can be calibrated and delivered with their calibration certificate, necessary for ISO 9001 compliance. Standard calibration validity is of one year.

TempGuard: 

The TempGuard is a small temperature sensor that can be applied outside the unit that has to be controlled (usually a fridge or a oven); it has a cable which has a sensor at its end that has to be put in the unit, while the cable, being very thin, allows the unit door to close. The TempGuard opportunely programmed with a PC through simple parameters (minimum and maximum thresholds and others), controls the temperature and with its led and sound alarms tells you every time the temperature goes out of the set thresholds: it is possible to know immediately if the temperature inside the controlled unit is the correct one or not. This alarm device allows to save time in the food industry for fridge monitoring (HACCP) and grant a higher and constant quality of the controlled product. It's easy to program and to install and much more immediate to use since it has been developed for non trained personnel too. Moreover, its functioning won't disturb at all with the correct working of the monitored unit. The datalogger can be supplied with calibration certificate with SIT (Italian reference center) traceability.

SterilDisk, datalogger for temepratures up to 140°C, is presented in a circular housing, 36 mm in diameter and just 18mm high, making it compact and therefore easy to position, even in the tightest spaces or in more than one device when mapping temperature inside chambers. The main body is in AISI316L stainless steel, whilst the isolating parts are in teflon: both these materials, apart from being able to support very high temperatures without exhibiting deformation, are also food grade. The datalogger, therefore, has numerous applications, from medical or industrial, in sterilization processes, to the food industry, where it is possible to monitor the actual product and not simply the environment in which it is manufactured.

There is also the version with external Probe (50 mm length). The datalogger can be supplied with calibration certificate with SIT (Italian reference center) traceability.
